trackclip pro works with with tir3pro but before 6dof vector expanson must be activated,right?

one of my customers is having this problem: he tried to install on 2 PCs, apply regfix...same result: LICENCE FILE IS NOT VALID (tir4pro looks ok in device manager) ????
