Hmm .. not usre what the problem is.

All i can say is that it works perfectly for me. And everytime i try to be clever here i get everything wrong and get corrected by the "grown-ups" .. i better leave the troubleshooting to them

drastic perhaps - but cool as well. You ought to be able to fetch an ok price for your old unit though

I will reinstall FB and get back with some feedback.
Those of my friends that have both installed do say that it seems to working smoother in IL2 though but i haven't been able to check it out myself yet

TrackIr2 is working very well after patching but i agree that a lower default speed would be great.
The fastest speed that i can use is about 5.. .maybe 7

??? the implementation of enhanced mode might have been bugged but it is there. I am only playing lomack with TrackIr and enhaced mode.

in the tackIr software under motion, make the reponse curve totaly flat and try setting a speed of around 5-7.

I have heard some ppl having problems with X36/x45 sticks because their USB hubs didn't provide enough power. Especially if more than one USB unit was attached to the same hub. I know that some noiced improved reliability after changing to powered hubs
