Problem sorted, thank you for replying and getting back to me

I hit the recovery button in the rise of flight menu and it reinstalled the previous patch and that put the view back to it's centered position.

no mods I have created my own profile though specifically for rise of flight any more info i am happy to provide though I can only tell you that it's just for the se5 no other plane in the game that the problem occurs.
