I'm having the same trouble. I'm using the track clip pro.

<t>Hello<br/> <br/> When I'm in a game of arma with the trackir on I can't run. I'm stuck in walk mode. If I turn off the trackir I immediately start to run. It's random, doesn't do it all the time. I haven't been able to see what triggers it but turning off the trackir kills the problem immediately...

Has anyone got this to work with trackir 4?

I can't get trackmapper to see the trackir 4 or vise versa. All of the refferences and help files refer to software version 3.xx so I'm assuming there are issues with version 4.1
