I had these issues too but I managed to fix it with manualy editing data in arena (switching trackers etc)
after you do trajectorizing you will get totaly messed up character but after some tracker switching it all goes back in place

saving helped in a way that if I had to reboot/restart Arena I wouldn't have to calibrate again
btw I tried editing stuff on another pc with 2 GB RAM and it worked great (I used latest version though)
as far as CPU power, my old laptop was fast enough
