One of my trackclip pro prongs broke where the three lights connect into the next bar thing... So the piece with the three lights just hangs out. Do I have to buy a whole new one or will you replace it?

All of the game profiles only have yaw and pitch and theres no place to select vector or trackclip so its not tracking.

I'm not sure because I can't load trackir again ... my default profile went back up to 79,876 and this time i didnt do anything. Yes its plugged in but it wasnt tracking with this new software with only yaw and pitch before i got the problem again.
