ARENA 1.4 + WIN7 x64
<r>Hello,<br/> i've just upgraded from Vista x86 to Win 7 x64... but now ARENA + cams FLEX V100 don't go... it doesn't start, but says:<br/> "Direct X Application<br/> Switching to the reference rasterizer, a software device that implements the entire Direct3D feature set, but runs very slowly."<br/...

Re: Greyscale, Preprocessed or Preprocessed Object mode?
Uhm... does "preprocessed grayscale" mean that the PC receives the grayscale images and then calculates the coordinates, or the cams "preprocess" the "grayscale" images and then send only the coordinates to the pc?
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

Info about V100 working method
<t>Hi, <br/> I'd like to know (for my graduation thesis) if the method used by the Flex:V100 cams for the calculation of the absolute coordinates of the marker is the DLT (Direct Linear Transform, Abdel-Aziz & Karara). <br/> Another question: can you explain me, in a few words, what happens when...

DATA POINTS IN CALIBRATION
<t>Hi, <br/> I'd like to know how can I choose the number of data points when I calibrate the cams with Arena: I think that this number is connected with the dimension of the capture volume, and I generally put 300 data points with a 5 m x 5 m room. Can you give me a general rule that I can follow? ...

Re: Sync and USB cable
<t>Bryan,<br/> thanks for the help... another question: on Natural Point Optitrack site i saw the USB 2.0 Active Extension Cable : 5m.<br/> "Cables can be used in series (up to 3) for longer distances."<br/> So, why with the extension cables I can reach 5*3=15 m and with a single cable i can't go ov...

Sync and USB cable
<t>Hi,<br/> I write from University of Tor Vergata, Rome. Last month we received 2 new v100 cameras, so now we have 8, but maybe we forgot to order enough sync cable, so now we miss one. Is the sync cable a simple rca cable? If so, i think i can buy it in a common electronic shop... Must all the syn...

RB - less than 100 fps
<t>Hi,<br/> I've just downloaded the last version of RB 1.3.035 final B. Could you explain me what exactly means this fixed bug: "Fix to ensure rigid body tracking data exported for every frame"?<br/> <br/> I do this question because I have two problems with my RB toolkit (1.3.035) and maybe this re...
