Re: Calibration problems between 2.00 Beta and 2.3.1

<t>Hi Seth, thanks for getting back to me. I selected the 1-Marker Calibration but what I did not do was adjust the "Max Marker Size" of the marker under "Filter Type." This must be different between the 2 versions of Tracking Tools. In version 2.3.1 it is set to 150 so I increased it to 800 and it ...

Calibration problems between 2.00 Beta and 2.3.1

<t>Hello, I updated my Tracking Tools version from 2.00 Beta to 2.3.1 Final and once I did I was not able to calibrate using single-marker wand calibration. Once I click "Start Wanding" to calibrate in 2.3.1, the movement of the marker is not traced in green until I move the marker way outside the o...

External Sync Using Optihub

<t>Hello, I'm trying to use my optihub and a TTL to externally sync-in my optitrack cameras to start recording but I can find no option in the optitrack program (2.00 Beta) to adjust any sort of optihub settings. Do I need to download a newer version of optitrack or an add-on program to use external...

OPTIHUB

<t>Hi,<br/> I have a question about the optihub (used with the R1 cameras and rigid body toolkit / SDK).<br/> I know that the Optihub allows me to sync my cameras with a peripheral device. However, I am curious if I also have the ability to start-stop acquiring (and saving) camera data based on exte...

virtual marker

<t>Hi,<br/> I am using tracking tools. If I have a rigid body defined with 4 markers and one goes out of view, is it's coordinates still recorded (by virtue of tracking tools knowing the position of the other 3 markers and that they all make a rigid body). <br/> <br/> If not, is it possible to defin...

data streaming real-time

<t>Hi optitrak experts,<br/> I am trying to use the SDK to stream data from a marker (or rigid body) to a live display of a bar or a line chart...so for example, as the marker is moved vertically, the vertical position change is displayed as a bar line plot in real time). We have used the sample SDK...

Re: External Triggering of Optitrak

Hi,
I thought I'd check in to see when the release is planned for the next version that will allow external triggering. Also, I wanted to verify that this will be available for the rigid body tool kit and not just arena.

Thanks,
Gene

Re: External Triggering of Optitrak

<t>Hi Jim,<br/> Thank you for your reply.<br/> Those do indeed sound like clever alternative solutions. I really am waiting on the edge of my seat for this new update to have a more traditional triggering mechanism (listening for or outputting a TTL). It is pretty much the only thing holding me back...
