Re: Cameras not found

One of our clients had a USB extension cable that was faulty and would cause the hub connection to the PC to intermittently work. Are you using the USB extension between the hub and PC? If so, try seeing if you can connect the hub directly and see if that helps.

Re: Calculating transformation matrix from Motive 1.5 CSV da

Hi, I am having similar issues, and I typically use the RPY data for tracking orientation. However, sign aside, I am seeing strange behavior even watching the real-time info display in Motive. When I rotate about the yaw axis only at one point it "flips" my pitch and roll to something arou...

TrackingTools and Motive inconsistent axes for rigid body

Hi, I have been using the TrackingTools SDK for many years and have been using it to access trackable (rigid body) data using TT_TrackableLocation. I have recently tried installing the latest Motive and setup my calibration and ground plane the same way. I noticed, however, that the axes in Motive a...

Rigid body properties missing in Motive:Tracker?

<t>Hi,<br/> <br/> I've just installed Motive 1.0.0 final (Tracker) and I am finding some things missing that were previously in Tracking Tools. I am wondering if there is a new location or procedure or whether it just hasn't been implemented yet:<br/> <br/> 1) Trackable properties: I don't see the s...

Re: Does Motive package license work with Tracking Tools?

Oh, I just downloaded the Motive beta and I see that the libraries are still NPTrackingTools.lib/.dll/.h. Is this essentially the same Tracking Tools libraries from TT 2.5? Is this going to change in the future (NPMotive.lib/.dll/.h)?

Does Motive package license work with Tracking Tools?

<t>Hi,<br/> I was wondering if I purchase a new Motive: Tracker package, will the license work with the latest version (2.5?) of Tracking Tools?<br/> <br/> The reason is that we provide your camera tracking packages with our education and research lab solutions, and we have our own control software ...

Re: NPTrackingToolsx64.lib points to 32-bit DLL

<r>Hi Jeff,<br/> I believe the issue is still there in the latest release (2.5.0). The problem is not that I cannot get a program to run, but that the 64-bit static library included with TT 2.5.0 does not reference the 64-bit DLL, rather it references the 32-bit DLL. So when I write software that us...

Trackable dynamic constraints problem

<t>Hi,<br/> I use trackables to track UAVs in a research lab setting and I was having an issue occasionally. I use 4 markers for my trackable and if 1 marker becomes occluded momentarily, the remaining 3 markers can experience aliasing and I get jumps in my trackable orientation (specifically using ...

Re: NPTrackingToolsx64.lib points to 32-bit DLL

<t>Just following up to ask if there is a fix or new release on the way for this issue. Our clients using OptiTrack systems with our software cannot use 64-bit Windows yet (unless instructed to rename libraries as mentioned in the above workaround, but that is not the best solution imo). Thanks,<br/...
