Reusing Trackables??
<t>Folks,<br/> <br/> Are saved trackables (.tra files) forward compatible? <br/> <br/> We have just upgraded to a S250e system from a V100R2 setup. <br/> <br/> We'd like to reuse the trackables from our last version. However, when I try to load the .tra file we used before, it throws an exception an...

Re: Set maximum number of markers for rigid body
<t>We've also been looking at how to extend the number of trackables and/or markers.<br/> <br/> An idea we haven't tried yet is to use the API to dynamically enable and disable markers/trackables based on some application state.<br/> <br/> For example, if you are desiring to track both hands, but th...

Re: Converting Global to Local Orientation.
<t>Hi Jim,<br/> <br/> I've often had similar problems, and I think the issue is getting the rigid bodies axes aligned with what you think the axes are in your mental model. When you create a rigid body, Tracking Tools assigns a set of axes according to how the rigid body is aligned with your world c...

Re: Getting the Camera Position with TrackingTools
<t>Thanks Doug, I'll give that a shot.<br/> <br/> Just in case you are interested, we are in need of the camera locations in order to register a Total Station so we can then locate other objects in the room (but outside the tracking volume) in the same coordinate frame. The cameras are an attractive...

Getting the Camera Position with TrackingTools
Hello everyone,
Is there an easy way to pull the location of the camera in TT?
I've seen the API methods to do this, but I'm wondering if I can access it through the GUI before I write some code.
Thank you!
Steve H
