Re: OptiTrack Cameras Interference with HTC Vive Pro Tracking

Hi swenninger, Unfortunately, as Vive pushes driver updates they potentially change the frequencies that the documentation originally described syncing too. They regularly make changes that require adjustments to the offsets. You can try playing with the offset values to see if you find a new config...

Re: Oculus Update

Thanks for the update. It is unfortunate, the route that the Oculus updates have taken. They used to be the more open platform, but this seems to have changed. We now stir people toward the Vive, as they have begun opening their platform to allow us better integration. Cheers, Steven -- Steven Andre...

Re: Oculus Update

Hi BrunoMartelli, Unfortunately, Oculus pushed this requirement in their latest updates, and we have been unable to overcome that error message. For the time being, we recommend avoiding the update, and rolling back if at all possible. Otherwise, the Oculus sensors will need to be plugged in to bypa...

Re: [Motive API] active marker

Hello Conner, Thanks for sharing your API question here. In order to enable active tracking in the Motive API, you will need to load a profile and calibration file containing this enabled setting. Unfortunately, direct access to the settings is not given through the API. Best, Steven -- Steven Andre...

Re: Heat and colors of status lights on Slim 13E cameras

Hello William, Thanks for checking with the community regarding the Slim 13E cameras. Temperature wise, the cameras can run pretty hot so what you describe does not sound unusual. I would not be concerned, unless the camera actually begins to malfunction. You can find some information regarding the ...
