Re: ETA on Motive with solver 3.0?

Hello RaveTZ, Thank you for checking with the community regarding Motive 3.0. Unfortunately, our development timeline was affected by everything that is going on in the world right now. We are still resolving a couple of large bugs, but hope to have a Beta ready for public review sometime in the nex...

Re: Motive and Command line

Hi Michal, Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding Motive. It is possible to launch Motive via command line. After providing a path to the Motive executable, you can follow with a path to a Profile (.motive). This will cause Motive to launch with the configuration stored in the profile. Y...

Re: MotiveAPI

Hi David, Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your API question. When you export assets, they now save to the .Motive file type, as do the profiles. You can save each asset individually to its own .Motive file, and use the load profile operation to load the desired asset. This will al...

Re: Compability Motive, Unity, Oculus Quest

Hello Lucie, Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your VR streaming questions. Hi BrunoMartelli,

I do not know of any HP Reverb work in our pipeline currently. We are pretty set with the Vive, Vive Pro and Valve Index for now.

Thanks,
Steven

Re: Unreal Engine 4 Plugin 1.23 Deprecated Oculus Support?!?

The OpenVR Driver will currently work with the Vive, Vive Pro and Valve Index. We did try to integrate the Oculus, but ran into issues with how they implemented their steamvr integration. Unfortunately, since we are not developing clips for the new models, we are not likely to continue pursuing Ocul...

Re: Unreal Engine 4 Plugin 1.23 Deprecated Oculus Support?!?

Hi BrunoMartelli, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding Oculus support in the Unreal plugin. We have deprecated Oculus support partially due to the ongoing maintenance burden; Oculus has a track record of breaking our integrations in ways we are not capable of fixing on our end. Ocul...

Re: Refine Rigid Body

Hi Joseph, You seem to be looking at the documentation for Motive 2.0, not 2.2. The rigid body refinement has been moved to the Builder pane. You can find the current walk-through here . If you continue to struggle with this, feel free to reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help. Cheers...
