Re: Beta 5 Crash on startup
Same here, but I got beta5 to work by setting it to NT4 compatibility mode. Right click on the application link icon -> properties -> compatibility. Not a fix and not guaranteed to work, but it has helped some, so it might be worth a try if you haven't yet.

Result: it still crashes instantly when run normally, but so far it does run stable in NT4 compatibility mode. A few weeks ago, I had it running stable in com...

<r>Heehee.. this is kinda funny, in a way <E>;-)</E>. Sorry ..<br/> <br/> Anyway, here's your DIY solution:<br/> <br/> If you open the case of the TIR5, the magnet comes loose and you can reverse it. It's not glued in or anything, it just sits in a groove and is held in place by the two case halves....

Re: TrackIR software 5.0 beta 4 available
<r>Tnx for the reply,<br/> <br/> I understand your points, a few examples though: with using the right paths, rookie A can't accidentially delete rookie B's files, and you wouldn't necessarily need a "back up profiles" routine in the uninstall. Having all user data in one path (possibly on a differe...
