<r>What would be helpful is if you could capture a screen recording of the install process and send that along with the "installlog.txt" to <EMAIL email="support@naturalpoint.com">support@naturalpoint.com</EMAIL><br/> <br/> You can usually find the installlog.txt file in one of the following folders...

Re: Duplicate markers detected question
<t>Here are a couple things to check :<br/> <br/> * Have you tried re-calibrating the system to see if that improves tracking?<br/> <br/> * Another question related to that is, how are the cameras mounted? Are they on tripods, fixed to the wall or in truss? <br/> <br/> If tripods, could a camera hav...

Re: Synchonization Pattern (RCA)
<r>Some additional information :<br/> <br/> * The pattern you are seeing on the Wired Sync signal carries information for frame numbering, camera self-numbering, frame exposure triggering, etc. The easiest way to synchronize V100R2 cameras with external devices is to use them with an OptiHub which h...

Or they have manual focus on Optitrack cameras and fixed focus in TrackIR 5? The cameras are focused to infinity at the factory and do not ...

Re: which cameras for active IR tracking
Hello, Do different NaturalPoint cameras process IR blobs inside the camera The amount of processing performed in the camera will depend on the video mode. Hardware Object mode will perform nearly all the processing in the camera, other modes do some but not all of the pre-processing in the camera. ...

Re: Camera images to OpenCV
<r>David,<br/> <br/> One thing to keep in mind is the raw grayscale images at full frame rate and image size can consume a lot of USB bandwidth. If you are only capturing from a single camera at a time then you may be able to achieve full frame rate, but you might also see some dropped frames. If yo...
