When you have the clip mounted to the headset can you take a picture of your tracking window and post it so we can see the positioning of the clip.

Is this a custom profile you have made or are you editing a default profile? If its a default profile, have you tried resetting the profile to default?

The warranty is 1 year. If you are having the same issues send me your setupapi.log file from your windows folder.

2DOF is only supported with IL2. What changes did you make to get it functioning?

Are you launching the TrackIr software before you load the game? Does the blue light come on at all?

What is changing? The curve or the button assignments?

You need to re-assign the hotkey for center. Change it to something else other then F12 if need be so that you wont have this issue.

If you turn off all background applications does the same issue occur?

Do you have any firewall applications installed?
