FSX can be a bit troublesome with its Simconnect interface sometimes. Let me know if reinstalling Trainz works out for you.

What version of Tracking Tools are you using?

Can you send some sample data and calibration files to support@naturalpoint.com?

You'll want to make sure they are in the 2.0 ports. The 3.0 ports are supposed to backward compatible and act like 2.0 with a 2.0 device, but that sometimes has issues.

Also, what type of video card do you have?

Are the USB ports on your laptop 2.0 or 3.0?

It is not finding the OpenGL libraries, you will have to add those as well.
