Do you have a TrackIR 4 or 5?

In the TrackIR software do you have all three status lights at the bottom right corner?

Do you know if the USB port it is plugged into is USB 2.0 or 3.0? 3.0 ports are supposed to be backwards compatible but some chipsets have issues working with 2.0 devices.

We're expecting support, as KUNOS has our SDK and has expressed an interest in continuing their support of TrackIR. As game support is ultimately dependent on the developers, we recommend you let them know their community would like them to feature TrackIR in their games.

Support for any particular game is dependent on the developer, but I will see if we can get in touch with them. We also recommend you give them some feedback and let them know their community wants these features as well. They have a contact page on their website, let them know!

Do you get this just in game or also in the HUD of the TrackIR program?

I was unable to open the calibration file you sent me. But in general for marker swaping you will want to space them farther apart and in a way that isn't symmetrical. You may also want to use smaller markers. What is the size of the object you are tracking?
