Works fine for me.

Go to combat profile and check the box. Make sure your "virtual heads" are working prior to starting the game and then centre-ing properly

Rebind the F9/F12 keys to joystick buttons (thats how i have mine) and give it another crack

check that your not on Vector tracking when you should be on dot

check that you have enabled the tracking (f9/f12)

Hello,

My computer is never turned off. It stays on overnight etc.

Last night i forgot to turn off the TrackIR software so trackIR stayed on aswell.

Is this a bad thing that will shorten the life of my unit?

I had it on Tracking: Vector when I only had the track cap on (ONE DOT)

You need the vector expansion!

MAKE SURE ITS ON DOT MODE

I had it tracking VECTOR when i was only wearing one dot!
