The only wiring available to users of the SmartNav is the USB cable that goes from the SmartNav to the PC, and the ability switch port for optional clicking accessories such as foot pedals or sip and puff tubes.

If you are trying to do real time streaming you might want to look into if your app can support the VRPN protocol.

The limitation of the mouse emulation program is that the game has to use DirectInput (a part of DirectX) to handle mouse movement.
