Re: Suggestion: Tray Icon Symbols

<t>There may be a misunderstanding. My suggestion was not meant for present trackIR units, but more towards future trackIR units.<br/> <br/> I for instance have a CH HOTAS that indicates with lights in which mode i am. It would be very convenient if you could see by a LED or any other light on the c...

Re: Ha ha ha just got IL2 FB awsome, just awsome

<t>Well Spitfire,<br/> <br/> I agree with your points, and i have nothing against a 6 o clock view at all. I even like the 6 oclock view, but i'd rather do without it than later on have non trackIR users accuse those with trackIR of "cheating". That does nothing but give the trackIR a bad rep. <br/>...

Re: Ha ha ha just got IL2 FB awsome, just awsome

Absolutely correct Hotdog,

The enhanced mode is working beautifully it's very smooth. In fact there's no reason to ever go back to mouseview now with this supported feature. But like you said, things must be made equal from one way or the other

Re: Suggestion: Tray Icon Symbols

It'd be even nicer if you'd be able to see the state and mode indicated by LED's on the IR camera itself.

Re: Am i the only one who doesn't like..

<t>The ability to look back 180 degs is a definite advantage vs those who don't have that ability. Try zooming in on a bogey visible in rear quarter but too far away to identify with normal or wide view. You can't do this with mouseview or hatpanning. You can do this with trackIR in enhanced mode. Am i the only one who doesn't like..

<t>the 360 deg all around panning?<br/> <br/> I just got FB and ofcourse i had to try out the trackIR and i must say this panning feature is not exactly what i expected. It doesn't feel like i'm in a cockpit looking around anymore.<br/> Feels like i'm an all seeing eye. I don't know why this has bee...

Re: Enhanced mode in Windows?

<t>Point taken <br/> <br/> nevertheless i still use it quite regularly on the desktop accessing menus as well, replacing my mouse. But funnily enough i still use the buttons on the mouse to click and doubleclick. It's simply easier for me <br/> <br/> It's just that now having seen how nice it is in ...

Re: Enhanced mode in Windows?

<t>Ok i see.<br/> <br/> Too bad then, as i suppose i could get used to using trackIR in absolute mode to replace the mouse completely. Just speculation, coz obviously i've only used trackIR on the desktop in relative mode ofcourse. <br/> <br/> But trying absolute mode in BoB made me think why it tra...
