Re: Pugin for worldviz wand
Hello sam420, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your questions. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with WorldViz and how it works. The worldViz wands appear to be developed to work directly with their software. This software is not one of ours, and we do not develop our own plugins...

Hello ryanl, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your questions. In general, an even spread around the perimeter of your volume is optimal positioning for a square volume. To get an idea of this setup and the expected coverage, you can view the Build Your Own on our website. http:/...

Re: eSync with GoPro Wi-Fi remote
Hello PDConnors, I have provided some information through your open Support ticket, and wanted to share the same information here. It sounds like you have a software that is able to trigger all four cameras to record simultaneously. If you were able to modify this software, there must be some way yo...

Re: VS2015 version of Camera SDK
Hi All, Thank you for your continued feedback regarding this issue. I do have an update regarding the Camera SDK. When we release Motive 1.11, we will be releasing an updated Camera SDK that will include support for VS2015. Currently, we are looking at a tentative release around March. I am sorry we...

Re: VS2015 version of Camera SDK
Hello mliem, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your experience. We have not started the migration of our development environment beyond 2013, so we are not able to provide a projection for this. We do not expect any issues with instability when using the VS2013 binaries with your...

Re: No "audio settings" in the toolbar, why ?
Hi julien_lu, You can run any version of Motive whose release date is before your license expiration date. Each update you purchase will extend your license expiration date by one year. In order to access the Audio settings, I believe you will need to update to Motive 1.8+ You can find these older v...

Re: NatNetSDK data doesnt have root bone postion&rotation
My pleasure MaiMaiSad, Unfortunately, our plugin is only for rigid bodies. The skeleton data can be streamed as rigid bodies, but I am not sure of any setups, in Unreal, that can relate rigid body data to skeleton data. Our NatNet SDK does give access to skeleton data, so it is possible to develop a...

Re: NatNetSDK data doesnt have root bone postion&rotation
Hello MaiMaiSad, Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your NatNet questions. In Motive, the root bone for the skeleton is the Hip segment. I do not believe any kind of global root is provided, so this is something you would need to calculate This may be all there is to it, but if yo...

Re: Changing Calibration Settings
Hi clindsay, If you are using a current version of Motive, the Wand Wave and the Ground Plane takes are recorded automatically while you are calibrating. You would see these listed in the session that was active during calibration. In order to recalibrate, you would just need to load the wand wave, ...
