Looking at our software try the following:

1. Click "Help" and click "Check for game updates"

See if that adds the profile for you. If not then something may be corrupted and you might want to try reinstalling the software.

What version of the software are you running? Also this happens when you have the "TrackHat" selected in settings so all 3 green dots have the same issue?

Are you using the Beta Build 26 software? That's the only on the will support NASCAR 2003 at the moment.

I think its quite alright to post those links. I'm curious myself on how that Z800 works out for ya. Seems thought like you wouldnt need head tracking if you were using the TrackIR in the first place.

For the Vector add-on there will be a small 3x3 card which comes with the hat and vector clip. If you did not receive it in the package you might want to speak with who you purchased it from.
