Re: Input device unplugged

Hello All,

There is currently a bug in DCS which limits the amount of USB devices that can be connected at once. I am not aware of a solution, but please try to limit the use of USB devices while using DCS to troubleshoot this issue.

Re: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Hello, After updating the gameslist, please restart the application. I would recommend only using version 5.4.2 of TrackIR software. If the gameslist has been update correctly, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 should show up as such: MSFS 2020.png Please make sure you are connected to the internet an...

Re: TrackIR 3 fritzes out when playing Farming Simulator

Hi CptT, I suspect that the markers on your TrackClip are either leaving the view of the camera or that the reflection off your glasses are being picked up as an accidental marker. Please view here: https://forums.naturalpoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=19472 While in camera view, please move your...

Hello,

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, TrackIR 5 will not be compatible with a third party dwell click program.

Re: Track IR not recognizing clip

Hello Pyrokite,

What model of TrackIR are you using (3,4,5)? How many tracking markers are on your reflective hat TrackClip? If you have a TrackIR 3, you will need to activate your Vector Expansion License for the software to recognize your TrackClip properly.

Best,

Kai

Re: TrackIR 5 jumping around on set up screen

While using the TrackClip Pro, you should be able to wear your glasses without any interference. With the TrackClip Pro selected as your Tracking Target, go into the camera profile settings and raise the value of the light filter threshold setting. Doing this limits the amount of light taken in and ...

Re: TrackIR 5 jumping around on set up screen

Hi Chilemike, When you are in the program, could you double check to make sure that you have the right Tracking Target toggled? In the software, right click on the display and check to see if there are any red dots or splotches. If there are, this is an indication of light interference and will caus...

Re: Error when requesting the device description after Windowsupdate

Hi NightHawk1981, Did you try pointing the unknown device to the drivers using the "browse my computer for driver software" feature or "search automatically for updated driver software?" If you used the automatic search, windows may not load the correct driver. If you haven't alr...
