Please Explain Vector

Hi guys I have given up on waiting for GTR here in the states and I'm ordering a copy. I am interested in Vector's use in the game. Here is what I think is possible using TIR3 with Vector. Please correct me if I am wrong. Vector's additions: I will be able to move the view point forwards/back by mov...

Re: F1C TV cockpit

Hi again

Update;
It will work as it does for me no matter what version of TIR you have. But you must use the PPJoy and tir2joy in order to enable it.

Good luck

Re: F1C TV cockpit

<t>Hi guys

I am using the old school TIR 1 along with PPJoy and tir2joy. This does in fact work in TVCam. Both from my onboard and while viewing others. It works in Replays as well.

I have moved the TVCam down into the cockpit area, so it appears as though I am in the car when ...

Re: Trim with trackIR

<t>Hi

I don't remember reading about this, but I would guess they binded key commands in order to work the trim keys. Though I don't know how they would do that and use TIR for view panning (?).

If someone here doesn't have the answer you seek, maybe you can look up the post yo...

F1C TIR Steup Guide

Hi guys I have noticed more and more people finally expriencing TIR in F1C, but some are unsure how to get the most out of it. I wrote this guide some time ago and I hope it is a help to anyone wanting to know some of the details of setting up TIR in the game. I am very please to find that TIR has t...

Re: Enhanced TrackIR for Grand Prix Legends

<t>Hi guys

I talked to him over a year ago about the possibility. I remember he said he would look into it, but I never heard anything else from him. Glad to know he continued the idea.

I just wonder if his app would work in NR03? With the GTP mod coming, it would certain spark...

Re: rFactor support?

<t>LOL

I just sent them an email Sunday to make sure they didn't forget it, this time, hehe.

I begged and begged for support in F1C, but they got their wires crossed and added support for a device that is no longer available. TIR does work in F1C now though, as most of us know....

Re: Grand Prix 4

<t>Hi

I don't know if it will work or not, but if things are the same as F1C it very well might. I don't have time to try it out now, I am moving and I will be very busy the next few days.

Once I get setup in my new place, if no one has answered, I will install GP4 and try it ...

Re: Frame Rates Dropping in game

Hi again

Just saw this thread, so maybe it is the software afterall. At least with TIR 1 (possibly TIR 2 as well).
