Currently Track IR only supports the Hunter Classic. We will contact the game developer to see about adding support for, The Hunter: Call of the Wild.

Can you go into the advanced Camera settings and check that the IR Brightness is all the way up to 15?

Hello nzalex,
Have you tried to download the latest release of the SmartNAV software? If you are using an older download, it may not have the correct drivers included.

Hello artafel,
I recommend to changing the mouse override Delay to 0.0. In windows 10 this can cause the mouse to do an unwanted pauses every now and then, and act erratic.

This error usually appears when all Recording devices have been removed, or disabled. If you go into your Recording Devices by right clicking on the speaker in the task manager, you will want to make sure one of these are connected, or enabled.
