Re: Polish Windows 2000 Compatibility?
The change for German was actually to suport German MSFS2004, not the German version of Windows. As far as I know there are no problems with localized versions of Windows.

Grover, please email me at ericd@naturalpoint.com. If you are willing to help debug the problem I think we can figure it out and get a fix in place.

Re: Feedback on version 4.0 software
DarkSoul, if you see the application hang can you try something for me? Try unplugging the device and inserting it again. Let me know if this solves anything.

Re: How long does Commercial Ground take?
It depends on where you are. The units are shipped from Corvallis, Oregon. You can look on the shipper's web site and it should give you an idea how long it'll take to get to your location.

Re: 6DOF and PF
You got it. Vector gives you more realistic head tracking. It can differentiate between translation (moving your head) and rotation (turning).
Even if the game only supports pitch and yaw, it will feel more natural as turning your head produces movement while moving does not.

<t>The dimenions of the clip are very important in getting Vector to work. Even the placement of the clip is important as some of the calculations are based on where the clip is located relative to the head. It will work if you clip it to a headset, but you may notice some side effects until we full...

Re: Framerate drops finally fixed in v4?
<t>One thing to note, the new software is completely re-written. I've tried to up the thread priorities only when necessary. When I did bump them up, I only bumped them to above-normal. This should allow the game plenty of CPU. Normally the v4 software runs around 1-3% on my PenitumM 1.7 Ghz laptop....
