How many and what type of cameras are used in your system, and are OptiHubs in use as well?

Also, which versions of Tracking Tools 2.4.0 Beta 1 did you try (32 and/or 64 bit)?

Those samples utilize MJPEG mode is not available in TrackIR cameras. To use those samples you would need an OptiTrack camera.
