Hi Nildo,
Not enough cameras are seeing the back markers. Aim your 4 lower cameras a little higher. Also your top upper back marker is placed too high. It should be at the same height as shoulder sockets while in T-pose.

Re: ARENA sketeton issue and tracjectorised data! QA
John,
Is there any reason why you are recreating the skeleton after trajectorizing? New skeleton's the marker order became different from the original skeleton, and trajectory data is being applied to wrong marker.

John,
Do you get this error when you are starting Arena or opening .mcp file?

John,
If you are experiencing jerky motions only for very short moment around 60th sec, I recommend leaving "Record Length" checkbox on. This way some pointer is pre-allocated before the capture and have less interference with capturing data

Does your USB hubs have external power source? If the cameras are not getting enough power, it can happen. Also I've had problem connecting more than 2 cameras per Belkin USB hub. I have not have any problem with the D-Link USB hub we provide, connecting 6 cameras.

Since you have the T-pose in those takes, you can recreate skeleton with it using skeleton wizard.
Your original skeleton file is corrupted, I could not load it either.

John,
For the blank camera problem you can try:
1. turn off PC
2. power down USB hubs
3. disconnect/reconnect USB cables from camera to hubs
4. power on USB hubs
5. turn on PC
I've experienced the same problem before, above steps fixed it.

Hello,
Data needs to be trajectorized first before you can play backwards

John,
For your upper arm issue, it looks like the top upper back marker is placed too high. It should be placed lower, at the same height as shoulder joints while in T-pose.
Also if you can post your .pt2 file, we can investigate what is causing the extra markers.
