Re: Will Joystick and Keyboard emulation ever be included?
I literally brought this topic up with one of our developers just today, believe it or not. I'll make some noise over here and see what we can do.

Re: TrackIR 5 takes a long time to start up
Hi Dave, Sorry for any confusion on this topic! Hopefully I can clear some of that up, and in the process, alleviate concerns about why we've made the recommendation that we did. The short story is that our support team has diagnosed that this unit's main board is likely failing. The LEDs not workin...

Hi Al,
We have some design discussions coming up, and we'll take a look at this then. Nothing to report just yet.

Hi Simracer1,
Single dot tracking has been deprecated in our 5.x software, but you can still use the latest build of the 4.x software with TrackIR 5 hardware. That software version does contain the single dot tracking for Yaw and Pitch.
We do not have a two dot solver for 3 DOF tracking.

Re: TrackClip Pro Arm sensor arm broken
Hi Simracer1, If you order from us directly, you will most definitely receive the latest iteration, both in structural design and materials. If you order from one of our resellers, it's still super likely (like, probably 95+%) that you would receive the latest, but that depends on their inventory. A...

Re: Considering Rebuying TrackIR - Clip is Deciding Factor
Hi Knightcrawler, I'm really sorry for the very delayed reply to this post. It slipped through the cracks on us somehow. I'll address your concerns separately: 1) The performance that you're describing doesn't reflect what customers typically experience. (If anything the TCP has a better range of mo...

Re: Design of TrackIR5 Hat Clip
Hi Al, I'm really sorry for the long delay in response. Your post slipped through the cracks, and I'm only now seeing it. Yikes! Your questions are good ones, and the idea about a hemispherical (or even fully spherical) reflector instead of a curved strip is promising. I'll definitely run this up th...
