Hi Mark,
Could you describe what you mean by "zeroed out the cr2" and how that helps?
Thanks--Tim

Re: DAZ Studio Plugin
<t>Thanks, Yoshi. I experimented with increasing the XZ Translation, and it did improve the foot sliding a bit, but still not as good as with V4--the V4 model is solid. <br/> <br/> I guess what I need is this Daz plugin written for V3, and for M3, for it to be truly useful for me. I imagine that the...

Re: DAZ Studio Plugin
<t>Thanks!!! I did some initial tests on this, and it looks like it works great--the Daz V4 figure moves smoothly, almost exactly like the Arena capture, and the software plugin seems very stable. Bravo!!!<br/> <br/> Now, if I could make one request--and I'm sure I'm not the only one who will want t...

Re: POLL : Which 3D apps would you like to see plugins for?
<r>Poser or Daz studio seem like no-brainers to me--Arena is touted as "mocap for the masses", and Poser/Daz studio are definitely mass-appeal programs--check out Renderosity, Runtime DNA, Daz3D etc. and you can see that the Poser/Daz community is huge and active.<br/> <br/> Speaking personally, I'v...

Beta 1.4 questions
A couple quick questions on the new release:
What do the following new features mean:
1. Added trajectorizing unassociated/individual markers
2. Added automatic bone length scaling
Thanks--Tim

Re: import 3d model into arena?
Okay, I'll contact Poser. Do you think the Daz Plugin will help solve this issue?

Re: import 3d model into arena?
I find a similar problem when I export a bvh from Arena and import into Poser: the movements look really good/smooth in Arena, but the resulting bvh, once I import it, is a bit noisy.

Re: Optimum workflow?
Well, NP is working with Daz, but I'm not sure how powerful Daz Studio is for editing motion. Poser has a workable keyframe editor, so I'm pretty sure that if we can get from Arena to Daz, we can get from Daz to Poser.

Re: Optimum workflow?
<r>Hey John,<br/> <br/> I have an 8-camera system and animate using Poser, Daz figures, and render in Cinema 4D using InterPoser Pro. I used Arena for the shot where the character turns and sets down the cups in the sequence here:<br/> <br/> <URL url="http://www.auroratrek.com/part3_excerpt480x288.m...
