Re: Changing lense in FLEX:V100R2-FS

Just want to make sure I understand that.

We do have stock 5.5mm lenses that we sell, but that might not work for your FOV requirement.

...

Re: TrackIR 5 Pro, First time user review.

The issue has been fixed here, every unit is tested, so this must be a unit that was already in transit or inventory.

Re: Simple game using Tracking Tools

<t>Hello:

Thanks for taking the time to post this. We watched the video and think it is a good example of how to use the Tools for interactivity.

It looks like you have a previous version of either the PointCloud or RigidBody software. Re: Magnets Repel?

<t>Hello:

We are deeply embarrassed by the flipped magnets. We have quality control measures in place to prevent this from happening. We figured if it can happen, it will happen, so we have systems to prevent this. They obviously had weak points. We will of course replace any units with t...

The TIR 5 should work well up to 70 degrees C, that is 158 degrees F. The chips are rated to 80 degrees C.

The TIR 5 can get warm, it is dissipating heat from processing, like a processor, but don't worry, it is expected.

Re: Grayscale

<t>Hello:

It is more complex than that, as we can also understand the edge conditions of the marker and other fun tricks. I would love to get into more detail about how it all works, as I find it quite fascinating and fun to discuss, but it is also part of the "secret sauce" so to speak. ...
