When using skeleton auto-labelers, the marker quantity is fixed. and the markers must be placed on specific sites on the body. We do not have custom auto-labelers for skeletons.

Motive Body is very suitable for tracking the upper body, from the waist up. You would not need markers on the lower extremities of the first subject.
