I always wondered what's the connection between NaturalPoint and eDimensional?

Looks like your TrackIR is in "relative" mode. You have to switch it to "absolute" mode. If you don't know how to do it - read the manual.

When in absolute mode TrackIR should be lit by blue diode located inside the unit (at the bottom).

I remember the same problem. In my case switching off (no blue dot) Trap Keys helped (don't ask me why).

Try to move TrackIR farther. This way angular travel of reflective dot translates to smaller movement perceived by TrackIR...
