Re: Feature Request: Delayed generate skeleton
Hi HighMasterGogo, Thanks for the suggestion. This might be somewhat covered if you record your T-Pose and create the skeleton afterwards. You could hit record, delayed or not, then walk out into your T-Pose. You can create the skeleton in the recording and then copy it to Live mode . I hope this he...

Re: Motive streaming dummy
Hi augustdds, Thanks for sharing your question with the community. The export options you found are for saving the rigid body definition for later use in Motive. If you are trying to export an FBX, you will want to record a short take of the rigid body. In the Data pane, you can then right-click on ...

Re: Motive 3.X exported duplicated rigidbody data
Hi Ken, Thanks for sharing your experience with the community. When tracking faster movements you may need to increase the 3D Threshold, found in the Live Pipeline settings . When this is left at its default, fast movement can cause the trajectories to break. This will likely explain what you are se...

Re: Export record data as CSV file
You could try using the Batch Processor and Python or C# to automate CSV export. This would require that you at least launch the application and add the takes that you want to export though. -- Steven Andrews OptiTrack | Senior Customer Support Engineer help.naturalpoint.com wiki.optitrack.com suppo...

Re: Export record data as CSV file
Hi guy94, NatNet does not contain any functionality for recording or exporting data. You would need to add that to your NatNet client if that is what you are hoping to do. Otherwise CSV's can be manually exported from Motive itself if you have recorded the data there. Cheers, Steven -- Steven Andrew...

Re: Weird Standing Posture in Motive
Hi Nikki, It is hard to tell what may be happening from that screenshot. It does look like the head markers are missing, though, and versions prior to Motive 3.0 do not handle occlusions well. Feel free to share the .tak file with our Support team and we would be happy to take a look. If you can get...
