Yes, the TIR 5 can "see" the Vector Clip and TrackClip Pro from further away. It has enhanced sensitivity and better range.

Thanks for the feedback. We are going to be updating the 5.0 software frequently to address these issues.

We do not plan to have a Pro version of the 5. Currently the Pro configuration refers to a TIR 5 units with the TrackClip Pro included, the "Pro Bundle".

I don't think that feature made it into 5.0, but it is on the list for inclusion soon, we will have a lot of updates as we get feedback from the community.

Additionally, we will continue to support the 4.0 software.

Yes, it does come with a TrackClip (for a hat)

If you select the TCP from the tracking selection buttons, top left hand corner, it will automatically turn the IR LEDs off for you and it will also change the light filtering to be optimized for the TCP.
