Re: Tracking Tools 2.0 Beta 4 available

Has any progress been made on the NatNet2.0 release? I'm using TT 2.0 Final and trying to stream, but the NatNet sample code is still using NatNet1.4 and crashing hard when it receives data.

NatNet 2.0?

We just recently purchased a license for Tracking Tools 2.0 and I'm trying to stream data using NatNet (v 2.0?). The sample applications I downloaded all crash (or in the instance of the 3D client, crash Tracking Tools). Is there an update for these samples & NatNet for TT 2.0?

SLIM:V100 sync cabling question

<t>I'm looking at the pinout on the SLIM:V100 cameras and I'm have a question about how many wires are needed to perform a sync? Do I just need to hook up sync out to sync in, between cameras, with the master camera not having a sync in connection to anything? Are more connections (I2c lines, etc) n...

Interleaved camera groups and USB hubs

To achieve interleaved groupings of cameras, do you have to use the optihub or can you use the dlink hub and the sync cables?

Re: Camera synchronization protocol

Shoot, that kills my idea for using the tracking tools with our laser tracking system. Are there any plans on including this interleaved camera groups in the future with Tracking Tools API?

Re: Camera synchronization protocol

<t>But can you access those groupings from an application developed with the API? For example, can you set up 8 different cameras, each with a slightly different timing (from within the Tracking Tools, and then run your own application with that saved setup and get data from each camera at the timin...

Tracking Tools and Interleaved cameras

(I'm moving my questions here from the general forum.( link )) Is it possible to set up & utilize interleaved groupings of cameras with the tracking tools API? Or, do you need to use the GUI to set up the groupings, and then use it your own application via the API? To achieve interleaved groupi...

Re: Camera synchronization protocol

One final question (for now)
Is it possible to set up & utilize the interleaved groupings with the tracking tools API? Or, do you need to use the GUI to set up the groupings, and then use it your own application via the API?
Thanks for all the help!

Re: Camera synchronization protocol

Is there any way to get point data (x, y, etc) out of the tracking tools to another application in real time?

Re: Camera synchronization protocol

<t>That sounds like what we are trying to do, timing wise. Is it possible to combine the tracking tools with use of the optitrack SDK? For example, we've got a whole tracking application that uses the SDK. Could we set up interleaving in the tracker tools, run our tracking application, and receive d...
