Is this a laptop, or desktop system?
Any other USB devices plugged in next to the TrackIR camera?
The software itself is crashing correct?
Do you see this issue, when using the 4.1038 software?

The pt3 file itself is a proprietary OptiTrack format for the 3d data and isn't accessible outside of the Arena software. We are investigating the possibility of a CSV export option, but have no solid plans for that yet.

Well the Arena software does have some editing tools, and does export directly the fbx

The default dll should be 216KB.
Try copying the file, from the FS9 Disc 1, into the FS9 folder, on the PC.

And it starts lossing track within the IR software, after looking down 15 degrees?
