Re: Unofficial video
<t>Not to point out the holes.... but all of those threads, except the last one, have a post in it by me pointing to a thread that tells you exactly how to adjust the sensitivity to the TrackIr through the curve editor. This fixed the problems most people were having with the sensititvity issue. <br...

Re: Head turning problem
With Vector, keep smoothing around 20 to 25. Should work fine in that area. With all the fancy math, you really dont need it at all.

Yeah... vendors have a neat way of trying to get people to buy out their stock of older products when the newer stuff is available. Total crap! I would raise hell with that vendor.
Even if you buy from a vendor though, get your info from NP so you know it is true.

<t>You do not need to cover up the hat reflector but it is recommended. I have not covered mine up and in about three weeks of use, I havent had a problem except when looking to the extream ends of the camera FOV. <br/> <br/> I would cover it up for best performance and to ensure that there will not...

Excellent... lots of positive comments here. I knew that once people actually got these things in hand, even the doubters would be supporters!

Now that is an interesting idea. A semi-transparent grid overlay.
Good thinking.

Re: How long does Commercial Ground take?
Droz,
It will not take long to get to Florida. I normally get my stuff 3 to 4 business days with UPS when it comes from California. OR isnt that far from Cali so I imagine the same time frame.

Re: Placing the trackIR unit (2 tft screens)?
Oh yeah... forget how to do it in version 3.x but in v4, go to Tracking / Settings and then select one of the camera rotation angles.

Re: Placing the trackIR unit (2 tft screens)?
You want the TrackIR to be placed exactly center as to where you are looking. So, if directly between the monitors is the center, you will want it there.
Another option is to put the camera behind you and rotate the camera in the software by 180 degrees.
