Hey Chris,

Tests here show Arena 1.5 and NatNet 2.1 streaming correctly.

I do get 'unrecognized request' if Arena is set to streaming but no data is actively playing in Arena, either from file or "Live".
Is this a possibility?

NatNet version 2.0 and later now contain RigidBody names. Please refer to that latest code samples for more information.

Just FYI -

The latest NatNet 2.1 release includes a C# / WinForms sample that graphs marker and rigid body data from a live data stream coming from either Arena or TrackingTools.

This has been fixed in the latest MotionBuilder plugin.
