Re: Help with movement range

If you are talking about IL-2,make sure mouse emulation mode is checked and then try setting your mouse sensitivity (in the hardware ,input ,set up page of IL-2 ) to 1.4 or 1.5). You should get better range of motion and be able to set the Trackir sensitivity down.

Is there any way to map the hotkeys (precison and centering) to the joystick buttons? If there is I'm having no luck. I have a sidewinder force feedback stick.

Re: Mouse sensitivity vs. trackir slider ?

<t>I tried all the above and I'm having better results. I found a wood tack about twice the size of the refective dots that come with the set-up. It has a kind of dome shaped head and I put refective tape on it.Stuck the tack on the brim of a hat and it works great, with the 2.0 (Manual size filters...

Mouse sensitivity vs. trackir slider ?

<t>The mouse sensitivity is set to 1.0. The sliders are set at 14.The smoothness is set near the middle. When the speed seems to be right ,I have trouble viewing 6oclock and sometimes it sticks. When I can view all around nicely, the trackir seems too sensitve and jumps around a lot at the gunsight ...

Re: Can't center view

<t>For IL-2, I re-assigned num pad 5 to ctrl key.(easier to get at) that button will center your cockpit view . Even if my trackir view is stuck way back at 6 oclock , it will only take at the most 3 or 4 clicks of the ctrl (or numpad5) key, whichever you prefer , to center back to the gunsight. Just...

Re: JIm/Halstead check out this post for CFS3

Has anybody tried that MKmapper utility that kx2us has put out? He is the guy mentioned at the top of this topic. I'm really interested to see if it works for cfs3.
