New OptiTrack SDK and Point Cloud betas available

We are pleased to announce that new releases of the OptiTrack SDK and Point Cloud toolkit are available. The new releases include performance and stability enhancements, as well as UI and camera improvements. Installers can be found on the
downloads page of the OptiTrack website.


Point Cloud 1.1.032 beta 01 - August 21, 2007
* Added UI options panel
* Calibration tool 3D viewport improvements
* Calibration tool persistent UI settings
* Added ability to customize 3D viewport in Calibration Tool
* Added ability to access OptiTrack cameras directly through PointCloud interface
* Added access to cameras immediately after loading calibration
* Added ability to load multiple calibrations without reinstantiating PointCloud object
* Camera count and specifics available prior to starting PointCloud capture

* Fix for rare condition that dropped frames


OptiTrack 1.1.032 beta 01 - August 21, 2007

* Improved camera shutdown speed and behavior
* Faster camera Start() and Stop()
* Improved camera performance under heavy load
* Added SetVideo to turn video on and off fast
* Added Frame Rate control for V100 cameras
* Added 1/2 scale grayscale for V100 cameras

An additional update for the Point Cloud toolkit is available, this includes a minor change to INPPointCloud2. Please use this beta 02 release instead of beta 01.
