Sumi, does your PC blue screen when your TIR is unplugged? If so goto 1)

1)Are you using the drivers off the CD?
If you are then I would recomend getting this one http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/sup ... loads.html version 4.0.021

Once you have the drivers, disconect your TIR and goto Add/Remove Programs and look down for TrackIR and remove it. If you are given an option to keep any custom profiles select NO.

Delete your NaturalPoint (or it could be TrackIR) folder the default is in C:\Programes\NaturalPoint (TrackIR).
Reboot
Install the driver whenfinished
Plug in your TIR

Has this helped?
If yes goto END
if no goto 2)

2) Does your TIR work OK when you are in Windows?

Is your TIR and MOMO wheel going into the same HUB (powered or not) and then into your USP port on your PC?

If YES to the above then :-

Power down your PC.
Plug either you TIR or your wheel into another USB port on your PC. Make sure that if you have a USB's in the front of your PC that they are not used.
Power up your PC.

Are they both working now?
If yes goto END
If No please post your DXdiag (see 3)

3) Goto Start and RUN.
type "dxdiag" (without the " ")
Run the diagnostics.
There is an option to save the results pleas do and copy/past then here or send me a message with the copy and pasted result and I will have a look at them.

END
Great your TIR is working.
Enjoy

I hope the above makes some sence. I have tried to make it a yes/no goto. As the results from one lead to another. If you want any clarification please let me know.

If you have tried all of this then please drop an email to either Warren or Wayne with everything you have done (send them here if you need to) and your TIR's number (on the bottom of your unit)

I have tried to keep this as a step by step process and if your knowledge is above this level then please accept my appologies as there is no indication of your PC knowledge in your posts.

Good Luck

Sumi,

Can you confirm that you are not using an external hub? If you are connecting to directly to your mobo, and the problem remains, please drop me an e-mail.
