GTR 2 Demo Coming Friday

Simbin is coming out with the demo for GTR2 this friday, tomorrow. I was wondering if it will again support the TrackIR? I really hope so. I really enjoy GTR and GTL.

Demo has been out since yesterday, make sure you get teh May game update by clicking game update under tools in the TIR control panel.

Did you follow Kparson's suggestion and get the latest game update. He was wrong on one part though, the option is under the help menu and not the tools menu. It is called "Check for Game Updates".

Does anyone know of a way to update the games list without using the update function in the TIR software or a direct net connection?

Theres no way my main rig is going anywhere near the septic tank we call the net! so ive put the TIR software on my net box and done the update procedure. It now lists GTR2 but i need to transfer this to my main rig.

I have ripped the profiles directory onto disc and transferred it this way but the games list remains the same and doesnt include GTR2.

Really want my track Ir working on GTR2 its a hell of a game!
Any help would be appreciated.

P.S, im a newbie with the track ir4 it just arrived today so go steady on me

just copy the 3 needed files directly (sgl.dat, sgl.sig, and TIRviews.dll) to the folder
where the TrackIR 4 software is installed. This should
be the same folder that the TrackIR.exe file is located in.
