Yes and the video, it looks like someone got it working with 6DOF.

Yes, Nascar 2003 has full 6DOF support.
So the TrackIR isn't moving at all within the application?
Does the blue LED turn on?

In the game they have a look left and look right key bind, I was thinking I had to set it to that.but there is nothing to set up in game for it to work.
