Good program for hands free clicking

I've been getting used to smartnav EG for a few days now. Tried different dwell clicking software (not naturalpoint's built in software though) but couldn't get anything to work well because it kept sending clicks when I paused head to read, move, etc. Found software called gentlemouse that uses feature called trigger windows, which requires a slight extra movement after movement before sending click. Works very well for truly hands free use. They have a trial version you can download for 15 days. Hope this helps!
