Even though I have the yellow dot in the green box centered in the advanced settings sometimes my mouse will not reach of the upper right hand corner of my screen it will just stop. I can move it around and eventually get there but it sticks or stops occasionally. Occasionally I lose the mouse in other areas of my screen. I am using version 2.14at

This sounds like a tracking issue to me. Make sure you have a green box around your dot for your entire movement window. Also, the cursor positioning is relative, so you might have to move beyond the oposite side of the screen in order to shift the center point.
