Got a question about Track IR hopefully yall can help

So im looking into get one of these for gaming but i have a question. Does this only work for supported games? What i mean by this is can i use this in other games like turkov where i can set the software up to where i tilt my head it acts as a key bind i.e i tild my head to the left and as long as i keep my head tilted it acts as if im pressing the Q button to lean left. Not to be able to look around just use it as a key bind?
