Contact with software developers of SmartNav

Hi there!
I'm wondering if I could get in touch with any software developers of SmartNav. I'm a software developer working on assistive tech. A user I'm working with uses SmartNav and we've found that the Dwell Click program "swallows" mouse events (in the Windows API) and it effectively freezes our user's mouse. I don't need someone to fix anything, but I would just like to talk to someone who wrote code for this project and see if I can learn how to resolve this issue myself. Perhaps if I knew how Dwell Click was interacting with these mouse events, I could address the issue on my end. It would make a huge difference for this user.
If there is a SmartNav software developer in this forum, we could chat here, but also an email address or some way to contact someone relevant would also be extremely helpful.
