SmartNAV used on TV's "SCRUBS"?

I was watching the TV show "Scrubs" on Comedy Central today and I caught something interesting at the end of the episode.
In the episode titled "His Story III", one of the patients is a paraplegic who communicates through the use of his computer.
At the end of the episode he gets a new computer with a device which appears to be a SmartNav.
Maybe some sort of subtle product placement?
