Hi,

I have recently bought a smartnav and I am having problems when using it with a bright light in the background. I am next to a window in my office, so I can't really make it darker. Is there any option I can change to improve the accuracy of the mouse under bright conditions? Has anybody else had this problem?

Have you tried increasing the light filtering, within the tracking tab?

What version of the software are you using?

Try increasing the downward angle that the camera is facing.
